All prices displayed are in UK Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the prevailing rate (20%). All prices are subject to change without prior notice. TITAN order confirmations are sent by email - this confirms that the order has been placed but is subject to credit/debit card confirmation. This email does not constitute any agreement to the sale of those items and / or prices and an order can be refused or cancelled by the Company at any time prior to despatch.

UK VAT is chargeable on all sales delivered within the UK (including Isle of Man) with the following exceptions:

Sales delivered to The Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey) are eligible for zero rated VAT. However, please email us BEFORE YOU PURCHASE to obtain a VAT adjustment / discount code for the shopping cart. All sales on this website automatically go through with VAT charged so any refunds made after the sale to refund VAT are subject to a small charge. This charge is made by our card processing bank to process the refund and the charge will be deducted from the refund issued to the customer.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

TITAN accept payment by Paypal (UK) and most major credit and debit cards.

All online card payments for TITAN Sports Ltd on www.TitanSport.co.uk are completed securely using Stripe Europe Ltd. Stripe payment service provider offers the highest level of security and peace of mind to TITAN customers. Stripe use secure servers, digital signatures, and all data is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates to ensure that all sensitive information is protected throughout every transaction. TITAN staff cannot access or view cardholder data or payment information - all data is kept fully secure and masked even on administration pages. Stripe process all major credit and debit cards using their online real time secure payment process.

Orders paid by Paypal will be despatched on receipt of payment from Paypal. With standard Paypal payments (from your Paypal account or credit card), the payment is normally received with your order details. However, please note that Paypal eCheques require a 7-10 working day period for the cheque to clear (like a normal cheque). Paypal then provide notification of the eCheque clearance, send TITAN the funds and advise that the order can be despatched. This time period for clearance and fund transfer is determined by Paypal.

Whilst it is preferable to process orders using credit card - as we can then deliver goods in the shortest time possible - orders can also be made by cheque. All cheques must be received before we can send your order. For details of payment by cheque please email.

Additional Security Checks

TITAN Sports Ltd places great importance on the security and protection of our customer's individual and payment data. We endeavour to do all we can to minimise any fraudulent card activity overall for the benefit of your security. Due to this, we may make additional checks on addresses and details before despatching orders. Please bear with us for the additional time this takes.

For security purposes, all orders must detail the full registered name and address for the payment debit or credit card. The registered address is the address where your card statements are delivered. The correct and full details are required by our Card Processor for authorisation of credit or debit card payments and incorrect details will delay or prevent the order purchase.

In the event that you may wish to provide an alternative delivery address (e.g. your work address), we will post the receipt separately to the registered address. This is subject to full security confirmation by the company and the processing bank. Unfortunately we are unable to do this for large orders.

The information on the TITAN website is constantly being updated. From time to time the site may contain typographical or technical inaccuracies and we aim to correct these as soon as possible. We reserve the right to alter specificiations, information and prices without notice. Where a pricing error is found on the website, the company reserves the right to withdraw that product from sale at that price and reinstate it for sale at the correct price. In the event that any information provided on the website is crucial to your purchase or use of the product, please email us for further details and confirmation.

TITAN endeavours to ensure that all images displayed on our website accurately reflect the items as closely as possible. However due to the varying electronic display mediums, colour representation is only as accurate as the screen medium and we can not guarantee an exact colour match.

On the TITAN website, you will find links to third party website. TITAN can not be responsible for the content of these third party sites and provides the links in good faith.

Under no circumstances shall TITAN be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this website. We make no warranty that the site, software or the web server is free of viruses or bugs.
