Making a Purchase |

Our aim is to make ordering TITAN
sports goods a straight forward process. Simply click on the
appropriate link (on the page for that item) to put the desired
item(s) into your online shopping basket. If required, items
can also be easily removed. Once you have selected all the
items that you wish to purchase, then just go to your shopping
basket page and click the "Go to payments" button.
At this point you will be asked to fill in the form, providing
your address details. The final screen within the secure area
(utilising SSL - secure socket layer - encryption) allows
you to fill in your credit/debit card information in confidence.
You will then receive confirmation of your order by email
- this confirms that the order has been placed subject to
credit/debit card confirmation and does not consitute any
agreement to the sale.
TITAN accept payment by Paypal (UK), Visa Credit, Visa Debit,
MasterCard, Switch and Maestro. Where payment is by debit
or credit card, your card will not be charged until the order
is despatched. Orders paid by Paypal will be despatched on
receipt of payment from Paypal. With standard Paypal payments
(from your Paypal account or credit card), the payment is
normally received with your order details. However, please
note that Paypal eCheques require a 7-10 working day period
for the cheque to clear (like a normal cheque). Paypal then
provide notification of the eCheque clearance, send TITAN
the funds and advise that the order can be despatched. This
time period for clearance and fund transfer is determined
by Paypal.
All prices displayed are in UK Sterling (GBP) and include
VAT at the prevailing rate (17.5%). All prices are subject
to change without prior notice.
Whilst it is preferable to process orders using credit card
- as we can then deliver goods in the shortest time possible
- orders can also be made by cheque. All cheques must be received
before we can send your order. For details of payment by cheque
please email.
For security purposes (and as explained in the shopping cart),
all orders must detail the full registered name and
address for the payment debit or credit card. The
registered address is the address where your card statements
are delivered. The correct and full details are required by
our Card Processor for authorisation of credit or debit card
payments and incorrect details will delay or prevent the order
purchase.
In the event that you may wish to provide an alternative
delivery address (e.g. your work address), we will post the
receipt separately to the registered address. This is subject
to full security confirmation by the company and the processing
bank. Unfortunately we are unable to do this for large orders. |

Delivery (UK) |

TITAN will despatch your
order within one working day of it being placed (unless otherwise
notified to you) although generally orders received before noon
on working days are despatched the same day. Delivery thereafter
within the UK is via 48 hour ParcelForce (with weekday deliveries
between Monday to Friday) or Royal Mail First Class post and
Airmail outside the UK.
The delivery tariffs within the UK are as follows:
- Delivery for TITAN rackets and larger equipment is set
at £4 per order. (this includes all postage and packaging)
- Delivery of grips/strings/eyewear is set at £2.50
per order.
Delivery (Overseas)
We are happy to deliver overseas and provide an indicative
delivery cost in the shopping cart for lightweight items that
can be sent by Airmail. For all overseas orders, TITAN reserves
the right to contact the customer and amend the shipping cost
or cancel the order if required.
For TITAN rackets, shoes and other items, please email
us with your location for a quote of the additional postage
charge. Unfortunately heavy items such as racketbags can not
be sent by Airmail (each individual item is above the 2Kg
threshold for Airmail).
TITAN will do its upmost to ensure that your order reaches
you as quickly as possible, but following despatch, the company
can not take responsibility for the time period or delivery
by the carrier. |

Warranty |

All TITAN rackets are
manufactured to the highest quality and specification. Any
defect with the racket resulting from a fault in the manufacturing
process will become quickly apparent and in this unlikely
event, we guarantee to replace rackets that have not met the
required high standard up to 6 months after purchase by the
customer.
Due to the rigorous nature of the game, any breakages due
to severe impact(s) cannot be expected to be replaced and
string cannot be covered by Warranty.
Please note, the original Warranty Card should be completed
at the time of purchase and returned to TITAN Sports Ltd within
14 days to ensure registration under the Warranty Guarantee.

Returns |

Goods should be returned within
7 days of receipt, but please contact us by email
for a Returns Reference Number (RRN) before
you return any goods or items. Goods should not
be returned to us before you have received a Returns Reference
Number and the Company retains the right to refuse to process
any goods returned without an authorised Returns Reference
Number.
- Wrong Items Despatched: where the wrong
items or goods have been despatched, we will send the correct
goods to the customer on receipt of the returned goods and
will issue a refund for the return postage (up to a reasonable
sum). Where postage can be expensive (for heavier items),
please agree the return cost with the company prior to despatch.
TITAN reserves the right to refuse to refund excessive postage
costs where a more cost-effective method of delivery is
available..
- Wrong Items Ordered by the Customer: where
the customer has ordered the wrong goods, TITAN agrees to
accept these back for exchange or a refund (subject to the
conditions below). In these cases, the customer is liable
for the return postage and postage of the replacement goods
(payable prior to despatch). Where a refund is requested,
this shall be for the cost of the goods only.
'As New' Condition for All Returns: all
returned goods must be 'as new', unused and in their original
packaging. Where goods are not returned in this condition,
TITAN reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange due
to the un-saleable condition (in full or part) of the returned
goods.
For the avoidance of doubt, returns or exchanges
can not be given for eyeglasses that have been opened
and/or worn. As technical, protective safety items, returns
or exchanges can not be given where the packaging has been
opened and/or the glasses worn. This is to ensure the highest
possible level of safety for all our customers - glasses within
sealed packaging have a "known"history and are fully
safe under BSI standards. Please be aware that TITAN Eyeglasses
are sold within sealed packaging and to try
them on you will have to open the packaging, making them non-refundable
and non-returnable. Eyeglasses for return or exchange must
always strictly comply with the definitions of 'as new', unused
and with their original packaging intact (i.e. unopened).
Proof of Postage for Return Goods: in all
cases, please ensure that you obtain a certificate of posting
for all returned parcels. We can take no responsibility for
occasions when parcels go astray within the postal system.
It will be the responsibility of the customer, as the sender,
to follow this up with Royal Mail.
Refunds: refunds can only be made to the
card used in the original sale. In all cases we will not process
a refund or send replacement item(s) until we have received
the returned goods. The time taken to effect the credit into
the customer's account will depend upon the customer's card
issuing bank. It may take several working days for the funds
to be credited back.
Cancellation Policy: you have a right to
cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the
order. You must provide TITAN with written notice of cancellation
in a durable medium and you must return the full order (in
the 'as new' condition in which you received them) at your
own cost. Upon receipt of the returned goods, as above, we
will refund your card within 30 days of cancellation.

site may contain typographical or technical inaccuracies and
we aim to correct these as soon as possible. We reserve the
right to alter specificiations, information and prices without
notice. Where a pricing error is found on the website, the
company reserves the right to withdraw that product from sale
at that price and reinstate it for sale at the correct price.
