TITAN DEMO Racket Service
|
| Choosing the right racket is one of the most
important parts of your game. And at TITAN, we strongly believe
that there is no substitute for actually playing with rackets
on court in order to make that choice.
TITAN distributors hold Demonstration Bags with rackets for
trial at their club(s), but if there is not a TITAN Distributor
near you the TITAN Trial service will help you find the right
racket.
How it works*:
- You can select up to 2 rackets from below (please
contact
us if you want an alternative racket to demo)
- TITAN will take full payment and send you the rackets
to trial.
- All Demo rackets are new or as new rackets. You can re-grip
the rackets and play as a fully “unwrapped”
racket but please do not restring.
- If you are happy with the racket, you simply keep it.
If you decide the racket(s) is/are not suitable you should
return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will refund
the racket cost less the postage cost once TITAN has received
back the racket(s)*.
* Terms of DEMO Service
- The postage cost for the Demo rackets and the return postage
back to TITAN is paid by the customer. TITAN can only refund
the cost of the rackets on receipt by us, so you may wish
to post them back with tracking/insurance for your own peace
of mind.
- The Demo Service is only available to UK customers
- Any racket(s) not received back within the 14 days is/are
deemed to be kept and payment confirmed by the customer.
- To qualify for a full refund on returned rackets, demo
rackets must be returned in a usable condition. If rackets
are returned cracked, broken or in any way un-usable then
a charge will be made to cover the cost of the racket(s).
